1. What MarketMaster is

MarketMaster is a browser extension that pulls live data from prediction-market platforms (Kalshi, Polymarket, and optionally PredictionHunt) and displays analysis on top of it. The extension runs locally in your browser. A small backend at marketmaster.live handles account sign-in, Pro subscriptions, and license-key issuance.

1.1 It's not financial advice

Nothing MarketMaster shows — prices, verdicts, edge scores, Kelly-sizing suggestions, arbitrage signals, trending rankings, news context, alerts, or any other output — is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. The developer is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, dealer, or commodity trading advisor, and the extension is not an offer to buy or sell any security, event contract, or derivative.

1.2 It's not a broker

MarketMaster does not execute, facilitate, or custody trades. Every trading decision, and every trade, happens on the underlying third-party platform under that platform's own terms. MarketMaster only reads and analyzes — it never places orders.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
• You'll provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
• One person per account. Sharing your license key with others is a violation of these Terms and may result in revocation.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or pose a risk to other users.

3. Pro subscriptions

3.1 Plans and pricing

Pro is offered on a monthly ($12.99/mo) or annual ($129/yr) basis. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change with at least 30 days' notice for renewals.

3.2 Billing and renewals

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

3.3 Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard via Manage subscription / billing (opens the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.

3.4 Refunds

Annual plans are refundable, pro-rated, within the first 30 days of purchase. Monthly plans are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Refund disputes should be opened via support@marketmaster.live; chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account termination.

3.5 What Pro includes

The current Pro feature set is listed on the pricing page and the dashboard. We may add features or refine existing ones over time. We will give at least 30 days' notice before removing a material Pro feature.

4. License key

When your Pro subscription is active, we issue you a license key. The key is tied to your account and is for your personal use only. Sharing, selling, or transferring your license key is prohibited. We may revoke license keys that we reasonably suspect are being shared or abused.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension in violation of applicable law.
• Don't use the extension to circumvent rate limits, terms, or access controls of third-party platforms.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension or your license key without permission.
• Don't use the extension to support market manipulation, insider trading, or other illegal activity.
• Don't scrape or bulk-download data from third-party platforms through the extension.
• Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to our backend, other users' accounts, or our subprocessors.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

MarketMaster is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown; fitness for a particular purpose; non-infringement; availability or uninterrupted operation; error-free performance; and security of data transmission.

Market data may be stale, inaccurate, delayed, or incorrect due to third-party API failures, caching, rate limits, or bugs. We make no representations about the reliability of any third-party data source.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the extension or service, including: trading losses of any kind; missed profit opportunities; incorrect, delayed, or missing market data; false arbitrage signals or verdicts; incorrect Kelly calculations or sizing suggestions; mis-matched cross-platform markets; extension or backend malfunctions, bugs, crashes, or data loss; third-party platform outages, account bans, or fund losses; and tax consequences of any trade.

Our total cumulative liability under any theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) is capped at the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the Pro subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

8. You accept the risk of trading

Prediction-market trading involves real risk, including the risk of total loss of the capital you commit. By using MarketMaster, you acknowledge that: you understand the risks of event contracts and derivatives; you're trading with your own capital and your own judgment; past performance isn't predictive of future results; MarketMaster's analysis can be wrong — verify independently before trading.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the extension or service, (b) your trading activity on any platform, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Third-party services

MarketMaster relies on third-party APIs and subprocessors, including Kalshi, Polymarket, PredictionHunt, Google News, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Netlify, and Chrome's extension infrastructure. We don't control these services and aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, terms, or policies. Your use of Kalshi, Polymarket, and similar platforms is governed exclusively by their terms of service.

11. Trademarks

"Kalshi" is a trademark of Kalshi, Inc. "Polymarket" is a trademark of Polymarket. "PredictionHunt" is a trademark of its respective owner. MarketMaster is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. Trademarks are used nominally to describe compatibility.

12. Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim to communicate material changes in advance via in-product notices or email. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice; if we do, active Pro subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of their current billing period.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Material changes will be flagged in-product and via email (if your notification preferences allow). Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Termination

You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or pose a risk to other users. Sections 6–11 and 16 survive termination.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action. You waive any right to a jury trial. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring small-claims actions in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable one that best matches the original intent.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and the developer regarding MarketMaster and replace any prior agreements.
